The dish is number one priority right now. To design and build the
20 foot rectangular frame. I plan to use an aluminum grid of 2" tubing to
support the individual mirrors. The tubing will be rolled into a radius of
13 feet allowing the collector to be out in front of the dish so that the
reflected rays come at the receiver collector more head on...Strait in.

The mirrors made to be 4' equilateral triangles as first choice or if
that proves to be to expensive then 4' square mirrors. Each design
needs to have three mounting points for ease of adjustment. They can
be made of anything light weight, cheap and durable. Aluminum, plastic
or Evacuated mylar film over a support and mounting frame, or any
other material.

If anyone can  give quotes on any idea for a mirror this size please do
get in touch. [Contact Me]

I think this in itself would be an endeavor that would bring in some
capitol. Do it your selfers would buy these mirrors and use them in their
own projects. This would help to finance the rest of the project.

The base will be steel for strength and durability. For now paint
but Galvanization would be best. Plasma cut gears welded to rolled
tubing to keep cost down and yet to handle the wind load. Driven by
gear motors.

East to west axis should work as an electric clock driven by a ac 60
cycle gear motor, and north to south guided by a sun follower
electronic devise. This way it could work any where on this planet
without modification. At this point we need people that can draw prints
of this so that it can be made.
